Our CEO Rich’s father-in-law is an auto body painter. When he needed to hire a technician, he posted a job online and got flooded with applications—mostly from experienced house painters. He called Rich, frustrated and confused about why traditional hiring sites were failing him.

Rich, an Army veteran and experienced staffing executive, was already helping Veterans transition into post-service careers. Employers kept asking if there was a faster, smarter way to evaluate skilled candidates. The realization was clear: hands-on, credentialed talent shouldn’t be judged by corporate resumes.

Rich left his corporate role and co-founded the company with his wife Gina—who brought 12 years of tech leadership in project management, customer success, and product development. Together, they launched BlueRecruit in 2019 to replace outdated resumes with automated, skill-based matching for skilled trades.

After proving that this resume-free technology transformed hiring nationwide, it became clear that the healthcare industry was suffering from the exact same crisis. Medical facilities were struggling to connect with qualified clinical candidates quickly. We launched AlliedRecruit to adapt our proven matching engine specifically for allied health professionals, medical workers, and healthcare facilities across North America.
